Role Overview
We seek a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Cards & IBAN Operations team in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations for Fasset's card issuing and IBAN product lines.
- Manage and develop the Operations team in Malaysia.
- Oversee card lifecycle management: issuance, disputes, chargebacks, reconciliation.
- Manage IBAN operations: account opening, transaction monitoring, settlement.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Finance, and Support.
- Define and improve operational KPIs including SLA adherence and error rates.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal standards.
- Lead incident management and business continuity planning.
Requirements
- 6+ years in financial services operations; 3+ years managing card or IBAN operations.
- Proven leadership managing an operations team.
- Deep knowledge of Visa/Mastercard scheme rules and IBAN/SWIFT operations.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills (Lean/Six Sigma a plus).
- Reports directly to the COO.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fintech or neobank.
- Familiarity with stablecoin or digital asset operations.
