Finance Manager - Indonesia

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead Fasset's finance function in Indonesia. You will own financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control activities in-country, working closely with the global Finance team and the Indonesia Country Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own all in-country financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management for Indonesia.
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the Indonesian market.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards (PSAK).
• Manage relationships with local banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies (OJK).
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and local treasury operations.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies in line with group standards.
• Partner with the Country Manager to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, and audit processes as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience with at least 2 years in a finance manager or senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and OJK requirements.
• Experience in a fintech, financial services, or high-growth startup environment strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Qualified accountant (CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto, stablecoin, or digital asset financial operations.
• Familiarity with cross-border payments, FX management, and multi-currency accounting.
