Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset's operations and growth in Philippines. You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the #1 stablecoin neobank in Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Own Fasset's P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Philippines.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
• Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
• Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Philippines.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a local team including community ambassadors and BD staff.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Deep network and understanding of the Philippines financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
• Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) of Philippines strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets.
• Established regulatory relationships in Philippines.
