Fasset Lists $ZBCN: Introducing Zebec Network

Fasset has listed $ZBCN, the governance and utility token of Zebec Network, giving users across our platform direct access to one of the more established names in payment infrastructure within the digital asset industry.

Zebec Network was founded in 2021 with a focused goal: improving the way money moves between people, businesses, and institutions. What began as a settlement protocol for continuous payments has grown into a broader financial platform spanning payroll, card issuance, point of sale terminals, and treasury management, all built to connect with the traditional financial system rather than operate in isolation.

The Problem Zebec Set Out to Solve

Many of the inefficiencies in global finance are not new. Payroll is still largely processed in periodic batches rather than continuously, which means employees are often paid for work they completed weeks earlier. Cross-border payments remain slow and costly, frequently passing through several intermediaries before funds reach their destination. Access to modern financial tools is also uneven, with large parts of the world still underserved by conventional banking infrastructure.

These are not abstract problems. They affect how businesses manage cash flow, how workers receive their wages, and how money moves across borders in a connected economy. Zebec built its platform around addressing these specific points of friction.

How Zebec Works

At the center of Zebec's platform is the idea of continuous payments. Rather than salaries or payments being released as a single lump sum, value can be distributed in real time according to rules set by the payer. This model underpins several of Zebec's core products.

Zebec Cards are debit cards linked to Mastercard's network, allowing users to spend their balances at merchants in over 130 countries using familiar payment rails. WageLink is a payroll application that connects traditional employers to crypto settlement, supporting USDC transfers through both Circle and Stellar. Zebec also operates a growing network of point-of-sale terminals as part of its decentralized physical infrastructure, or DePIN, initiative, and has been acquiring traditional payroll companies through its Payroll Growth Partners arm to plug crypto settlement directly into existing payroll businesses.

A desktop version of this SuperApp is already live, combining payroll, cards, staking, and payments in one interface, with a mobile version following in the first half of 2026.

$ZBCN: Governance, Staking, and a Deflationary Structure

$ZBCN is the token that underpins this ecosystem. It carries a maximum supply of 100 billion tokens, and as of March 2026, the final scheduled token unlock has been completed. No further tokens will enter circulation from vesting going forward, which shifts the token into what Zebec describes as a fully deflationary phase, with supply management now driven by a revenue funded buyback program rather than new issuance.

That buyback program was introduced in late 2023 alongside the Zebec Card Program and is funded by revenue generated across payroll, card transactions, and partner contracts. According to Zebec, buyback volume has grown at an annualized rate of more than 70 percent since the program began.

Token holders use $ZBCN to participate in governance, pay fees across Zebec's products, and stake for yield. Starting in mid 2026, staked $ZBCN balances are also set to determine cashback tiers on Zebec Card spending, with eligible users earning enhanced benefits at higher tiers.

Zebec's compliance position has also continued to strengthen. The project holds ISO 20022 certification, a global standard for financial messaging, and is a member of the Nacha Payments Innovation Alliance, which oversees the United States ACH network and includes participants such as JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Circle. In March 2026, Stellar selected Zebec as its global stablecoin payroll infrastructure provider, a further sign of its expanding role connecting digital assets to traditional payment systems.

What This Means for Fasset Users

For users on Fasset, $ZBCN offers exposure to a proven and established project in blockchain payment infrastructure. Listed on CoinMarketCap since 2021, the project has raised $35 million from investors including Circle, Coinbase Ventures, Solana Ventures, Breyer Capital, Republic, and Lightspeed, and its ecosystem now serves more than 50,000 monthly active users.

As the project has matured, its tokenomics have evolved alongside it. With scheduled token unlocks now complete, $ZBCN's economics are increasingly shaped by ecosystem activity, including revenue-linked buybacks, rather than early-stage vesting.

Zebec has also expanded through strategic acquisitions, including PayBridge, School Payroll Services, Science Card, and Gatenox, broadening its presence across payroll infrastructure, education payments, and compliance.

The addition of $ZBCN further expands Fasset's lineup of digital assets with exposure to a project focused on real-world financial infrastructure. Backed by an established product suite, institutional investors, and a growing user base, $ZBCN is now available to trade on Fasset.
